The NPS 2025 Wrapped Is Here!

As 2025 comes to a close, we present to you…our NPS 2025 Year in Review, Spotify Wrapped style.

Our wonderful digital team made a bit of holiday magic with a few fun stats from our year.

And what a year it was! Welcoming new clients, growing with our existing clients, and expanding on our service suite. We went through an entire company rebrand - complete with a new website (cough, this one, cough) - showed up at industry events, and developed the NPS Culture Club, complete with virtual games, giveaways, competitions, and plenty of Slack channels to stay up-to-date on real life in a virtual world.

We’re proud of the year we’ve had - and we can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store. Thank you to all who have followed along this year, and happy holidays!
